Corn tortillas dominate the southern states, but not the north.The video says: "Tacos are not made with hard shells". Of course they are, and they"re called "tacos dorados", which means crispy tacos. Two different kinds, that"s all.People who comment here saying they"ve been in Mexico and never saw a burrito. Where were you? Deep south? Go to the north and you"ll find plenty, except that you won"t see rice inside. Not in Sonora.  I had a school acquaintence from high school years back who invited me to her Mexican family fiesta. I ate homemade tacos and burritos, and I assure you they  were not nearly as good as Taco Bell. That"s not to say TB is bad, especially when you add the mild sauce, it"s just their version was in a whole other league.They describe Taco Bell as commercial food -- it"s only fair, it gets the job done, but not as true as the real thing. Yet I imagine if I had to pay for a homestyle burrito, it would be much more than TB. So I guess it levels out.
