There are a few important things to note:1. Her win rate is not high at low levels. It actually takes significant skill to play Riven well.2. Her win rate increases strongly from gold-silver-platinum. If you"ve taken the time to master her mechanics, she has great carry potential. It may look like you"re just face-rolling, but precisely timing Riven"s abilities, while perhaps not a great feat of dexterity, does require experience and skill.3. She is barely played at the pro team level. Her lack of team utility means that a well-coordinated team can contain her (actually render her a suboptimal pick) by layering CC and playing around her cooldowns. However, the level of coordination required is generally not seen in solo queue.In short: If you put in the work to master Riven, she"s one of those champions who"s great at wreaking solo queue. People keep saying "uuh rivens so easy and op and shit" but when they actually play riven for the first games and play against her counters they will actually suck much cock. If riven gets ganked a lot in early and gets fked so hard that she cant 1v1 her enemy at all,she will be useless until late game. As a Riven main not in denial, do I think she"s broken? No. Do I think she"s easy to play? Yes. Do I think she"s easy to do good as? That depends on the skill of the player. There are a lot of easy to play champions. Akali, Katarina, Riven. All of them are so much better once mastered. Granted Akali actually is broken. Riven actually is fairly easy to counter tbh. Bitch is like wet paper. She"s probably one of the squishiest top laners there is.

Luckily people usually don"t pick these type of champions into my Riven, they always pick champions like Renekton, Gnar, Darius, Garen, which are champions that Riven can easily defeat.

Nasus, zed, yasuo. I main both her and Nasus (150 on riven, last season mostly in the jungle because she had less counters, 30 on Nasus) so I think I know her weaknesses and strengths pretty well. She"s not op, you can either use her mobility to go in or out of a fight, just saiyan. Riven is completely useless if the player can"t Aa cancel because the enemy can just walk away due to your slow combo time, but most people just allow her to jump on them and say she"s op. So before saying she"s op main her or at least put like 50 games on her to learn her weaknesses plz...qq. Oh and riven does damage for a support because other supports ARENT MADE TO DAMGE.

Guess it depends a lot, but I usually make Riven"s life a nightmare with Teemo... either way, it might also encourage people to play Riven counters, like Garen, which Teemo also shits on.
